- Detach the two velcro-like adjustable side pulls so they are hanging loose.
- Wrap the belt around the waist and attach the velcro-like closure under the belly for a snug fit. At this point the belt should be resting on your lower back while the front of the belt is cradling the belly. The belt should not be pushing into the belly.
- Grasp the side pulls on both sides of the belt (which were detached and hanging loose in step 1). Pull forward to the desired level of compression and be sure to securely attach the side pulls to the velcro-like material.
